Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive Logistics Assistant to support the process improvement initiatives, including inventory management, workshop optimization, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment through 5S principles. This position is also crucial to support smooth Logistics operations and ensuring on-time deliveries.
 
Key Responsibilities:

  • Process Improvement: Contribute to ongoing improvement projects, particularly in workshop optimization, tidiness (5S), and inventory management, to enhance workplace efficiency, cleanliness, and safety.
  • Inventory Management: Assist with stock counts, locate equipment, and ensure inventory is accurately updated in SharePoint
  • Logistics Operations: Support logistics teams with inbound and outbound operations, along with other ad-hoc tasks, to ensure the smooth flow of goods and on-time deliveries.

Qualifications:

  • ITE or Diploma Holders in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proficiency in MS Excel (or equivalent tools).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
