We’re running our first photo contest, extending an invitation to all members of our extensive network, including employees, contractors, clients, and followers. This is your opportunity to showcase the most unique and captivating moments captured while working offshore.

Unleash your creativity and share the essence of offshore life through your lens! Whether it’s a breathtaking sunrise viewed from the vessel, a seamless team collaboration, or a snapshot of cutting-edge technology, we eagerly anticipate seeing your unique perspective.

We’ve curated incredible prizes for the winning entries so prepare to elevate your photography game, capture the moment, and share the story.

Awards & Prizes

There are two awards up for grabs:

The People’s Choice Award (determined by public vote)
The Elevate Award (chosen by an internal judging panel at Elevate Offshore).

All contest submissions will be automatically uploaded to the contest page, where the public can vote for their favourite photo. Public voting is enabled from launch.

The winners of both awards can select one of the following prize options to suit their interests:

All contest submissions will be automatically uploaded to the contest page, where the public can vote for their favourite photo, contributing to the vote for The People’s Vote.

Photos must be in JPEG or PNG format. All entries should be between 1MB and 5MB, and photos under 1MB will be disqualified from the contest. Participants are advised to keep an original copy in the largest possible format. Images must have a file name and caption. Participants can submit one photo per day. If you have multiple photos to enter, you can add your next entry the following day/s. We only accept photo entries for this contest but stay tuned for our upcoming video contest.

Elevate Offshore reserves the right to remove images from the contest if there is a substantiated reason, such as those deemed offensive, irrelevant or conflicting with the contest rules.

By submitting photos, participants grant Elevate Offshore full copyright permission to use the content on their website and social media accounts and for promotional use.

If the submitted photos include images of people, consent must be obtained from the individuals in the photos prior to contest entry.

Elevate Offshore reserves the right to cancel the contest and amend these terms and conditions without notice in the event of circumstances outside of our control.

Elevate Offshore may extend the closing date for a reasonable period if required.

By participating in the contest and submitting photos, participants warrant that they have full proprietary rights to the uploaded content.

Elevate Offshore accepts no responsibility for incomplete entries, delayed, damaged, wrongly delivered, or not received entries for whatever reason.

How to Enter

Visit the contest page (this page!) to upload your photos and provide the requested details.
Share the link with your entry on your social media channels and encourage friends, family, and industry associates to vote for your submission (this is voluntary)
You must follow-up by sending the high-quality original of your photo via a file transfer service such as WeTransfer to [email protected]

Choosing the Winning Photos

All contest entries will be featured on the contest page, allowing the public to vote for their favourite photo, resulting in the winner of The People’s Choice Award. Elevate Offshore will decide on and publicise the voting deadline at a later date.

Meanwhile, our internal judging panel will carefully select their favourite photo for the Elevate Award. If they choose the same photo as The People’s Choice Award, the runner-up will instead be selected as the winner.

We will announce the winners within a week of the competition closing. They will be contacted privately, and their achievements will also be shared across Elevate Offshore’s social media channels.

No cash alternatives for prizes are available. Prizes will be shipped to the address specified by the winner.
