Lead Data Processor / RepCo
Location: Perth, Australia (initially office-based, then remote)

Duration: 1-2 Months
Elevate Offshore is supporting our client in the search for an experienced Lead Data Processor / RepCo for an upcoming 800 km pipeline inspection project.
This position will commence with approximately one week, potentially longer, working from the client's office before transitioning to a remote working arrangement. The successful candidate will be required to return to the Perth office towards the conclusion of the project.
The project scope involves the processing and quality control of ROV-mounted MBES data collected during pipeline inspection operations. The Lead Data Processor will take ownership of the survey data deliverables, ensuring data quality standards are maintained throughout the project and providing technical guidance to the processing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the processing and quality control of ROV-mounted MBES survey data.
- Review and analyse raw survey data to ensure it meets project specifications.
- Identify data quality issues and request reacquisition where necessary.
- Coordinate with survey and processing teams to ensure efficient data flow and delivery.
- Provide technical oversight and direction to data processors throughout the project.
- Act as the primary focal point for data quality and processing decisions.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in offshore hydrographic survey data processing.
- Strong MBES processing and QC background.
- Experience working with ROV-mounted survey systems.
- Previous experience leading processing teams or acting as a client representative/RepCo.
- Ability to manage multiple data streams and maintain high-quality deliverables under project timelines.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
