Online Surveyor (Qinsy) – Libya
Elevate Offshore is currently seeking 2 experienced Online Surveyors (Qinsy) for an upcoming offshore survey project in Libya.
Project Details
Project: UXO Survey
Location: Libya (inside 12nm limit)
Start Date: Approx. 31 August 2026
Duration: 2 to 4 weeks (flexibility required)
Operations: Daytime 12-hour shifts
Accommodation: Onshore hotel/compound
Visa: Arranged by the client
Scope of Work
The successful candidates will support a UXO survey campaign involving:
- Multibeam Echo Sounder (MBES) surveying
- Towed Side Scan Sonar (SSS) operations
- TVG frame survey operations
- Online survey data acquisition and quality control using Qinsy
Requirements
- Previous offshore Online Surveyor experience
- Strong Qinsy proficiency
- Experience supporting MBES and SSS survey operations
- UXO survey experience would be advantageous
- Ability to commit to the full project duration with flexibility for extensions if required
