Service Technician – Mechanical (Onshore)
Location: Dyce, Aberdeen

We are currently recruiting for a Service Technician – Mechanical (Onshore) to join our team based in Dyce. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced mechanical technician to work within a busy workshop environment, maintaining and servicing a wide range of specialist equipment used within the energy sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out maintenance, servicing, inspection and repair of mechanical equipment.
- Diagnose faults and perform corrective actions on diesel-driven machinery and associated equipment.
- Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently and in accordance with company procedures.
- Maintain accurate service and maintenance records.
- Support workshop operations and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Prepare equipment for mobilisation and client requirements.
Essential Experience & Qualifications
To be considered for this role, candidates must have:
- Proven diesel engine mechanical experience.
- Experience working with air compressors.
- Previous workshop experience maintaining and servicing a wide range of equipment and machinery, including:
- Compressors
- Steam generators
- Power generators
- Diesel-driven engines
- Well test packages
- Strong mechanical fault-finding and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Desirable Experience
- Previous experience working on client sites.
- Experience within the oil and gas, energy, or industrial services sectors.
